From there it rested for just shy of 2. 5 years before being bottled in early 2025. It is cask strength at 54. 3% ABV. The nose opens with a lifted and pretty personality with light orchard fruits, white flowers, apples, and just there mixed barrel notes. On the palate this has an up front
